Support plans

Pay per job, or stop thinking about it.

Use us ad hoc and pay for what you need. Or put support, security and maintenance on a monthly SLA plan so it is simply covered. Both are fine – one is just quieter.

Ad hoc or monthly SLA

Two ways to work with us

Ad hoc or SLA.

There is no wrong answer here. It depends on how much IT your business leans on, and how much of it you want to be thinking about.

Ad hoc support

You call when something needs doing. We quote or bill for the work. Nothing ongoing.

Monthly SLA plan

Support and maintenance covered on a monthly plan, sized around what your business runs.

Plans are quoted per business – pricing depends on users, devices and what you include.

Questions

Common questions

No. Everything we do is available on an ad hoc basis – you call, we do the work, you pay for the work. A plan simply makes it predictable if you would rather budget for it.

It is built around what your business actually runs. Support is the core of it, and antivirus, network maintenance, hosting and connectivity can all sit inside the same plan.

Yes. As you add staff, premises or equipment the plan gets revisited so you are not paying for cover you have outgrown or running short of the cover you need.

It depends on the number of users and devices, what is included, and whether connectivity or hosting is bundled in. Tell us what you run and we will put together a figure.
